HairCity Rental Care Rules

This wig remains the property of HairCity and must be returned at the end of the selected rental period. During the rental:

• Do not cut, trim or alter the lace.
• Do not cut or permanently reshape the hair.
• Do not bleach, dye, tint or chemically process the unit.
• Do not straighten, recurl or heat-style the wig without permission.
• Do not apply glue or adhesive without HairCity’s approval.
• Do not brush the hair aggressively while dry.
• Avoid heavy oils, harsh products and excessive product build-up.
• Keep the wig away from chlorine, seawater, smoke and excessive moisture.
• Do not sleep, shower or swim while wearing the wig.
• Return all supplied accessories and packaging.
• Return the unit on or before the agreed return date.

HairCity will handle normal post-rental cleaning and wave restoration. Damage beyond reasonable rental wear, unauthorised alterations, severe tangling, missing accessories, late return or failure to return the unit may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges.

Maintaining the Wave Pattern

If light detangling becomes necessary during the rental:

1. Divide the hair into manageable sections.
2. Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
3. Begin at the ends and work upwards gently.
4. Avoid pulling or disturbing the lace closure.
5. Use only HairCity-approved products.
6. Allow the hair to air-dry whenever possible.

Do not brush dry Deep Wave hair with a fine-tooth comb or stiff brush, as this may separate the pattern and create excessive frizz.

Security Deposit and Inspection

A refundable security deposit may be collected with the rental payment. After return, HairCity will inspect:

• The 5×5 lace closure
• The hair and Deep Wave pattern
• The level of tangling or matting
• The wig cap and internal construction
• Any supplied accessories
• The unit’s overall condition

The applicable deposit, rental period, collection date and return date will be displayed during booking. The deposit is refunded according to HairCity’s rental terms after the unit has been returned on time and in acceptable condition.

Installation and Styling

Professional installation is recommended for a neat and secure result. Installation and styling are not included unless specifically stated in the selected rental package.

Only temporary, approved installation and styling methods should be used. Confirm the intended fitting method and finished style with HairCity before the rental begins.

Understanding the Length
