This wig remains the property of HairCity and must be returned by the agreed date in acceptable condition.

During your rental:

• Handle the lace gently and do not cut, tear or permanently alter it.
• Do not cut the hair or modify the cap, straps, combs or elastic.
• Do not bleach, dye, tint, relax or chemically process the wig.
• Do not straighten or permanently change the Deep Wave texture.
• Avoid excessive heat unless HairCity has approved heat styling.
• Do not apply unapproved glue or adhesive directly to the lace or hair.
• Keep the unit away from smoke, strong odours, seawater and swimming pools.
• Use only lightweight products suitable for human hair.
• Avoid heavy oils, waxes and excessive styling products.
• Store the wig safely whenever it is not being worn.
• Return all packaging and accessories supplied with the unit.

Maintaining the Deep Wave Pattern

When the waves need refreshing, lightly mist the hair with water or a HairCity-approved conditioning spray. Divide it into sections and gently detangle from the ends upwards with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Reshape the waves while the hair is damp and allow the unit to air-dry whenever possible. Excessive brushing, heavy products and repeated manipulation may loosen the wave pattern or cause tangling.

Security Deposit and Return Inspection

A refundable security deposit may be required before the wig is released. HairCity will inspect the unit following its return.

Deductions may be made if the wig is returned late, excessively tangled, stained, cut, chemically treated, permanently altered, damaged or without supplied accessories. Damage exceeding the deposit may attract additional charges under HairCity’s rental terms.

Fitting, Installation and Styling

The listed rental price covers the wig unless the selected package states otherwise. Fitting, customisation, installation, hairline preparation and event styling are not automatically included.

The 6×6 closure offers generous but defined lace coverage. Choose your preferred parting during the fitting or styling appointment and book any required professional services before your event.

Understanding the 22″ Length

Deep Wave wigs are measured while the hair is gently stretched from the crown to the ends. Because the textured hair contracts into its natural wave pattern, the unit will appear shorter than 22″ when worn without stretching.

The final position will also vary according to the wearer’s height, body proportions and where the wig rests on the head.

This is a professionally maintained rental wig and may have been worn previously. HairCity cleans, prepares and inspects every rental unit between bookings, although minor signs of normal wear may be present.
