HairCity Rental Care Rules

This wig remains the property of HairCity and must be returned at the end of the selected rental period. During the rental:

• Do not cut or alter the lace.
• Do not cut, trim or permanently reshape the hair.
• Do not bleach, dye, tint or chemically process the wig.
• Do not apply glue or adhesive without HairCity’s approval.
• Do not straighten, curl or heat-style the wig without permission.
• Avoid heavy oils, harsh products and excessive product build-up.
• Keep the unit away from chlorine, seawater, smoke and excessive moisture.
• Do not sleep, shower or swim while wearing the wig.
• Return all supplied accessories and packaging.
• Return the wig on or before the agreed return date.

HairCity will handle normal post-rental cleaning and preparation. Damage beyond reasonable rental wear, unauthorised alterations, missing accessories, late return or failure to return the unit may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges.

Security Deposit and Inspection

A refundable security deposit may be collected with the rental payment. After the wig is returned, HairCity will inspect:

• The lace closure
• The hair and wave pattern
• The wig cap and internal construction
• Any supplied bands, combs or accessories
• The unit’s overall condition

The applicable deposit, rental duration, collection date and return date will be displayed during booking. The deposit is refunded according to HairCity’s rental terms after the unit has been returned on time and in acceptable condition.

Installation and Styling

Professional installation is recommended for a neat and secure finish. Installation, lace preparation and styling are not included unless specifically stated in the selected rental package.

Confirm the intended installation method with HairCity before applying adhesive or styling products. Only temporary, approved styling methods should be used on rental units.

Understanding the Length
