At HairCity, we understand that receiving your wig safely and on time is an important part of your experience with us. Whether you're purchasing a new wig to own or renting the perfect look for a special occasion, we work to make delivery simple, reliable and convenient.
Every HairCity order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and dispatched using an appropriate delivery service to help ensure your wig reaches you in excellent condition.
Delivery Across Zimbabwe
HairCity delivers to customers throughout Zimbabwe.
Delivery availability, estimated delivery times and charges may vary depending on your location, the delivery method selected and the availability of your order.
Customers in major cities and towns may have access to faster delivery options, while deliveries to outlying areas may require additional transit time.
Where applicable, collection or alternative delivery arrangements may also be offered.
Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch.
Before leaving HairCity, orders may undergo final checks to ensure that the correct product has been selected and appropriately prepared and packaged.
Please note that order processing time and delivery transit time are separate. An estimated delivery period therefore begins after your order has been prepared and dispatched unless otherwise stated.
Retail Wig Deliveries
Retail wig orders are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
Where a product requires additional preparation, customization or other services before delivery, this may affect the processing time. Any relevant information will be communicated during the ordering process or through our customer support team.
We recommend reviewing the estimated delivery information provided when placing your order, particularly when purchasing a wig for an upcoming event.
Rental Wig Deliveries
Timing is especially important when renting a wig.
When placing a rental order, please select your rental dates carefully and provide accurate delivery information. HairCity will prepare the rental wig for your booking and arrange dispatch according to the applicable rental and delivery arrangements.
We strongly recommend booking your rental well in advance of your event, particularly during busy periods.
Your rental period, delivery arrangements and return obligations are governed by HairCity's applicable Wig Rental Terms & Conditions.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may depend on:
- Your delivery location;
- The selected delivery method;
- The size or nature of the order;
- Whether special or expedited delivery is requested; and
- Any applicable courier or collection arrangements.
Where possible, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.
Any delivery promotion, discounted delivery or free-delivery offer will be subject to the terms of that particular promotion.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as promptly as reasonably possible.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary according to destination, courier schedules, weekends, public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather, transport disruptions and other circumstances outside HairCity's reasonable control.
If you require a wig for a specific date—particularly for a wedding, graduation, birthday, photoshoot or other important occasion—we recommend ordering or booking as early as possible.
Order Tracking & Updates
Where tracking is available, relevant tracking or delivery information may be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We may also contact you using the contact details supplied with your order if additional information is required to complete your delivery.
Please ensure that your name, telephone number, delivery location and other contact information are accurate when placing your order.
Receiving Your HairCity Order
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive your order where delivery requires someone to be present.
When your package arrives, we recommend checking it promptly.
Before wearing, cutting lace, colouring, chemically treating, washing, altering or otherwise customizing a purchased wig, please confirm that you have received the correct product and that there are no apparent problems with your order.
If anything appears incorrect, please contact HairCity as soon as possible before altering or using the product.
Rental Orders – Please Inspect Immediately
If you are receiving a rental wig, please inspect the wig and its accompanying items promptly after delivery.
If you believe that anything is missing, incorrect or damaged, contact HairCity as soon as possible so that the issue can be recorded and addressed.
Please do not make unauthorized alterations to a rental wig.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
HairCity cannot guarantee timely delivery where an incorrect or incomplete address, telephone number, recipient name or other essential delivery information has been supplied.
Where an order must be redirected or delivered again because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a courier is unable to complete delivery, another delivery attempt or collection arrangement may be required depending on the delivery service used.
Additional charges resulting from repeated or redirected delivery may be payable by the customer where permitted.
For rental orders, an unsuccessful delivery does not automatically extend the agreed rental period. Please contact HairCity promptly if a delivery problem could affect your booking.
Delivery Delays
We make every reasonable effort to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, however, delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include courier delays, severe weather, transport interruptions, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or other logistical disruptions.
If we become aware of a significant problem affecting your delivery, we will endeavour to keep you informed and assist with the available options.
Damaged Packages
If your parcel appears significantly damaged when it arrives, please photograph the external packaging before opening it where reasonably possible.
After opening the parcel, inspect the contents carefully.
If the product itself appears damaged or your order is incomplete, contact HairCity promptly and retain the packaging until the matter has been reviewed.
Collection Orders
Where HairCity makes a collection option available, you will be advised when your order is ready and provided with the relevant collection information.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
For security purposes, proof of order or other reasonable verification may be requested when collecting an order.
