Our rental prices are designed to reflect the value of the wig, the length of the rental period and the care required to prepare and maintain each unit between customers.

Every rental product displays its applicable rental price and any required security deposit before you complete your booking.

What Does the Rental Price Include?

The rental fee is the amount you pay for the right to use a HairCity rental wig for the agreed rental period.

Depending on the booking, your total amount payable may include:

• Rental fee
• Refundable security deposit
• Delivery charges
• Wig installation
• Wig styling
• Other optional services
• Applicable late or extension charges where relevant

These charges are separate and will be identified during the booking process where applicable.

How Are HairCity Rental Prices Determined?

Not every wig has the same rental value.

Rental pricing may take into account factors such as:

Wig Value

Higher-value wigs may have higher rental rates because of their purchase cost, replacement value and maintenance requirements.

Hair Length

Longer human hair wigs generally cost more to acquire and maintain, so length may influence rental pricing.

Hair Quality

Premium virgin human hair, higher-grade hair and specialist textures may carry a higher rental value.

Lace Construction

Rental Fee vs Security Deposit

These are two different amounts.

Rental Fee

The rental fee is the amount you pay to use the wig during the agreed rental period.

It is the actual cost of renting the wig.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit is held as security while the wig is in your care.

It is normally refundable after the wig is returned on time, in acceptable condition and with no outstanding charges, subject to HairCity's rental terms.

The security deposit is not part of the rental price.

The amount payable at checkout would include the applicable charges, but the security deposit may later be refundable after the rental is successfully completed.

Does Every Wig Have the Same Security Deposit?

No.

Security deposits may vary depending on the value and replacement cost of the rental wig.

A longer, higher-value or more premium wig may require a higher security deposit than a shorter or lower-value unit.

The applicable deposit will be shown or communicated before your rental is confirmed.

Rental Period Pricing

HairCity may offer different rental periods depending on the wig.

For example, a customer may be able to choose between shorter and longer rental periods where available.

The rental price increases according to the period selected.

Does a Longer Rental Cost More?

Yes.

A longer rental generally costs more because the wig remains unavailable to other customers for a longer period.

However, the additional cost for extra days does not necessarily increase at exactly the same rate as the initial rental period.

Can I Extend My Rental?

If you want to keep your rental wig longer, contact HairCity before the scheduled return date.

An extension may be approved if:

• The wig has not already been booked by another customer.

An extension is not valid until it has been approved.

Late Return Charges

Rental wigs must be returned by the agreed return date.

Do not assume that paying an additional amount automatically allows you to keep the wig longer.

Delivery Charges

If the replacement cost exceeds the security deposit, an additional balance may remain payable under the rental agreement.
